Chapter 7 - LIGHTEN UP Library Books

The Library books offer information to help you learn more about general health, nutrition, exercise and weight loss.
To open one of the Library books, jump to the Home Screen and Click on the title you want to view. To review the entire list of topics in any of the Library books. use the right scroll bar. You can use the page turners in the lower heft and right corners of the topic screens to move from one screen to another. Sometimes a hypertext link will take you from one book into another book.
